To assist with setup, we offer stack rods and all threads in stock sizes. We provide unique clamping solutions for nozzles and molds as well as custom knockout components. If we do not have the item you need in stock, contact us and we will work with you to be able to supply it.

We offer both complete melt manifold assemblies and individual components. Our company also provides reconditioning and repair services on melt manifolds including conversions from cartridge heaters to plate heaters. You can rely on us for custom manifolds in any configuration required to meet your needs.
Our manifold extensions come in two styles:
- The original solid manifold extension in 3-1/2”, 6”, 9-1/2”, 12”, 15-1/2” and 18”
- New tubular style manifold extensions with standard sizes from 6” to 33-1/2” or customizable options specially made for you
For customers who need to meet a certain budget, we can clean, catalog, and recommend repairs to existing extensions of either style. Often, this will be a cost-effective way to get like-new components (depending on condition). Contact us for more information.
